MEET OUR TEAM
Jo Buttery, Broker/Owner, REALTOR® is an active member of the community who is also the President of the San Manuel Historical Society, President of the CCEDC, Secretary Treasurer of the San Manuel Chamber of Commerce as well as sitting on the Pinal County Comprehensive Planning Committee , and is a member of the Community Leadership Group for NW Hospital in Oro Valley. She earned her BA and MA from ASU and was the Educational Dean at Maricopa Community Colleges in charge of classes until retiring in 1984.
Bill Buttery, REALTOR®, Executive Sales graduated from The University of Wisconsin Plattville with a BA and went on to obtain his MA from the University of Minnesota and his Ed. D. from ASU. He was the Executive Dean of Central Arizona College until retiring in 1987.
Jacqueline Phelps, REALTOR® is an Arizona native with a BA from ASU. She has been with YBC since 2006. "When it comes to finding the right home or selling your home right, you can count on me. Mary J. Bast, REALTOR® is a long time resident of Arizona, attended the University of Arizona and worked in health care administration before owning and operating a business. She moved to San Manuel in 2006 after selling the business, and has taken an active interest in the real estate market by attending continuing education courses on current marketing trends as well as obtaining certification as a Foreclosure, Short Sale and REO Specialist. She focuses on assisting buyer interest in the diverse properties available in the area.
